Job Description

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to termination, with a focus on improving operational efficiency. Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, CV screening, and conducting interviews.
* Implement and follow up on employee affairs procedures such as issuing employment contracts, managing leaves, and settling dues.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Prepare periodic reports related to HR performance and analyze data to support decision-making.
