Thimarya I is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for driving sales and expanding the company's client base within the real estate sector.

The Role of Real Estate Sales Specialist

The Real Estate Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and contributing to the company's growth. This role involves active client engagement, negotiation, and maintaining strong relationships within the real estate market in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
  • Attract and persuade new clients to invest in real estate opportunities.
  • Manage client interactions and negotiations effectively.
  • Maintain and expand a network of real estate relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically within Riyadh.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation and Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The salary will be determined following a personal interview. In addition to the base salary, the role offers incentives and commissions in accordance with company policy.
