About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking an experienced Systems Engineering and Educational Systems Development Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves designing, developing, and integrating educational technology solutions, contributing to the advancement of e-learning systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop systems and applications supporting the e-learning ecosystem.
• Develop technical solutions for Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual classrooms, and electronic examination systems.
• Design and implement integration between educational systems and university systems such as SIS, IAM, and SSO.
• Develop and manage integration interfaces (APIs) and data exchange services.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate user needs into implementable solutions.
• Develop data analysis tools, reports, and dashboards.
• Research and develop Artificial Intelligence and predictive analytics solutions in the field of e-learning.
• Monitor system performance, address technical issues, and improve efficiency and reliability.
• Prepare technical documentation, system diagrams, and integration specifications.
• Review technical solutions provided by vendors and ensure their compatibility with technical requirements.
• Apply best practices in software engineering, application security, and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of practical experience in engineering and developing educational systems and applications.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms and e-learning technologies.
• Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and web services.
• Experience integrating with university systems such as SIS, IAM, and SSO.
• Knowledge of software development, system architecture, and databases.
• Experience in data analysis, report generation, and dashboard creation.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applications and predictive analytics is a plus.
• High analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
