Sales Manager

About the Role

Food Paper, a specialized manufacturer of butter paper located in Riyadh, is seeking a Sales Manager. This full-time role involves leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, attracting new clients, and managing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
• Identify and acquire new clients to expand market reach.
• Manage and nurture relationships with current clients.
• Monitor team performance and ensure goal attainment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the paper, packaging, or wrapping industry.
• Ability to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
• Experience in leading sales teams, monitoring performance, and achieving objectives.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship-building skills.
• Good knowledge of the Saudi market.
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and analyzing results and market opportunities.
