 Operations Supervisor with experience to oversee daily field operations, lead operations teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services in accordance with company standards. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, practical experience in managing field operations, and the ability to improve operational efficiency while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily field operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Lead, guide, and follow up with team leaders and field staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure efficient workforce allocation, monitor attendance, and prepare work schedules according to operational needs.
• Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Address operational challenges, issues, and customer escalations promptly, in coordination with relevant departments.
• Conduct periodic field visits to assess operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, and team performance, and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Customer Service, Sales, Human Resources, and other departments to ensure integration and smoothness of operational processes.
• Support the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of field teams.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or any related field.
• Experience of 3 to 5 years in operations, facility management, cleaning services, supply chain, or a related service sector.
• Previous experience in leading field teams and supervising daily operations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and operations management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced, dynamic operational environment.
• Preferably possess a valid driver's license.
