We are looking for a Human Resources employee to join our distinguished team, to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of human resources strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.

**Tasks and Responsibilities:**

* Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying recruitment needs to completing the hiring process.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
* Provide support to employees and answer their HR-related inquiries.
* Contribute to the development of training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
* Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.
* Participate in initiatives to build a positive organizational culture.
