About the Role

MIS - Al Moammar Information Systems Co. is seeking a Full Stack Team Leader to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position dedicated to leading and executing web development projects within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The Full Stack Team Leader will guide both front-end and back-end development teams, ensuring the timely delivery of projects and the implementation of robust digital platforms. This role involves a blend of technical leadership, hands-on development, and strategic oversight to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and back-end development teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
• Design and develop platforms using technologies such as Drupal, Laravel, and PHP.
• Develop and manage databases, and integrate systems with Low-Code solutions, including OutSystems.
• Develop custom templates and plugins, and improve content management systems.
• Apply best practices in quality and governance, and build unified design systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Full-Stack web development.
• Proven experience in leading development teams and managing digital transformation projects.

Technical Skills

• Advanced experience with Drupal, WordPress, PHP, and Laravel.
• Proficiency in MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Livewire.
