The Account Manager Role
HH Global is seeking a full-time Account Manager (D + D Print and Promo) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing and delivering solutions for clients through close collaboration with internal teams and local partners. The Account Manager will take ownership of client relationships, developing them further and delivering ongoing solutions to address client challenges. The primary areas of spend under management for this FMCG client are 2D / 3D Print and Promotional Merchandise. This position operates on a blended basis, combining work from the local HH Global office and home as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive client briefs, including full specification details and deadline dates, and manage project delivery from start to finish.
- Suggest alternative options and innovations where possible, owning the project process.
- Provide technical input and advice on projects, briefing suppliers on precise client requirements and delivering high levels of customer service.
- Monitor projects to ensure delivery to specification and on time, implementing new methods and procedures as required.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and utilize HH Global’s full-service offering.
- Deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations, and complete necessary account administration and reporting while maintaining accurate records.
- Agree upon and manage budgets and P&Ls, ensuring profit is maximized through performance analysis.
- Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s).
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships across multiple vendors against agreed SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Essential experience in 2D / 3D Print and Promotional Merchandise.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market.
- Commercial understanding and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills.
- A Project Management mindset, process-driven approach, and a focus on sales and business development.
- Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority.
