About the Role
Agthia Group is seeking a Key Account Manager HORECA to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on developing and expanding strategic HoReCa customers across the region. The role involves managing key relationships and driving business growth within the foodservice sector.
Role Purpose and Scope
The Key Account Manager will partner with international and local QSR chains, restaurant groups, hotels, cafés, bakeries, and foodservice operators. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and expanding the business within current accounts to ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by acquiring strategic HoReCa customers across Saudi Arabia.
- Build and grow long-term partnerships with international and local restaurant groups, hotels, café chains, bakeries, QSRs, and foodservice operators.
- Develop and execute annual business plans to deliver sustainable sales and profitable growth.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotional plans, and trading terms with key customers.
- Increase product penetration and unlock new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Deliver against sales, gross profit, customer retention, and collection targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer execution and service excellence.
- Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 6–8 years of sales experience within the FMCG industry.
- 3–5 years of experience in a Key Account Management or similar commercial role.
- Proven experience managing strategic HoReCa accounts across Saudi Arabia.
- Strong track record of developing new business and growing key customer relationships.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, and annual business plans with key accounts.

- Strong commercial acumen with a good understanding of sales, profitability, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Effective stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
Location and Work Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
