The Account Manager Role at MDS CS

MDS for Computer Systems (MDS CS) is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to promoting the company's products and services, optimizing sales volumes, and championing marketing programs. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive business growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the strategy and roadmap for assigned products/services in alignment with the management team.
  • Lead and manage partner relations, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing channels and clients to expand sales within the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain a robust channel and customer database, analyzing data to develop metrics for loyalty and new opportunities.
  • Specify market requirements for current and future products/services through comprehensive market research and ongoing customer visits.
  • Execute and supervise the entire sales cycle, from initial quotation to final collection.
  • Track credit and payment performance, review outstanding settlements, and manage resolutions effectively.
  • Generate sales for the entire product and service line, focusing on long-term revenue and profitability.
  • Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports in line with business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of targeted programs and marketing activities, monitoring progress and providing recommendations as necessary.
  • Actively promote MDS CS and its services within the region.

Required Experience

Applicants for the Account Manager role should have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a proven track record in sales, account management, or business development.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a presence within the Riyadh region to effectively manage client and partner relationships.
