About the Role:
The Administration Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within Urbacon Saudi Company. This position is essential for overseeing the planning and organization of administrative support activities, while also supervising assigned administrative staff.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant field. Experience in the GCC is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
The Administration Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative functions within Urbacon Saudi Company. This position is essential for overseeing the planning and organization of administrative support activities, while also supervising assigned administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall office administration and ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Compile data and prepare reports or presentations as required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery methods, recommending improvements as needed.
- Assign tasks to staff, provide direction, and ensure completion of assigned duties.
- Draft and type correspondence, arrange meetings, and take minutes.
- Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls, providing information and handling sensitive inquiries.
- Maintain effective filing systems to ensure business continuity.
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental initiatives in alignment with company policies.
- Produce ad hoc reports from databases as needed, ensuring data is organized and accurate.
Skills and Qualifications:
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
- Strong decision-making and delegation abilities.
- Efficient time management and task prioritization skills.
- Ability to interact positively with all organizational levels.
- Proficient in handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Understanding and adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Experience:
