About the Administrator Role

alfanar is seeking a full-time Administrator to support project execution in Riyadh. This role is crucial for ensuring efficient coordination between construction, procurement, and finance teams, with a focus on the accurate and timely processing of SAP requests, services, and payments. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or project support capacity.

Key Responsibilities

The Administrator will be responsible for a range of tasks to facilitate smooth project operations. This includes:

  • Collaborating daily with construction, procurement, and finance teams on SAP-related activities to ensure seamless information flow and prompt request closure.
  • Issuing and processing Service Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Material PRs within SAP.
  • Preparing Joint Cost Commitments (JCCs) for subcontractor invoices based on site confirmation.
  • Accurately processing Service Entry Sheets (SES) in a timely manner.
  • Issuing material and service reservations as required by project needs.
  • Initiating payment requests with Procurement after SES release and approval, and diligently following up on payment status to ensure timely processing.
  • Coordinating with Finance and Procurement to resolve any payment-related issues.
  • Tracking all SAP requests, including PRs, Purchase Orders (POs), SES, JCCs, and payments, from initiation to final completion.
  • Following up on pending approvals and missing information to prevent delays.
  • Maintaining clear and updated trackers for all SAP activities.
  • Generating regular reports on procurement, services, and payment status.

  • Business Process & Compliance: Executing tasks in accordance with defined policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Safety: Complying with all safety procedures and regulations.

Experience and Skills

The role requires a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP for transaction processing and request management.
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities across different departments.
  • Attention to detail in processing financial and service-related documentation.
