About the Role

AT Saudia is seeking an Advertising Coordinator to manage, monitor, and execute influencer advertising campaigns across major social media platforms. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, with a salary of up to 4,000 SR. The role requires a proactive individual with strong knowledge of regional content creators and public figures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster long-term relationships with influencers to support client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute, manage, and optimize paid and organic influencer advertising campaigns across platforms including Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube.
  • Identify suitable content creators and public figures for campaigns based on target audience, platform, and campaign goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between influencers and clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of campaign requirements.
  • Build, grow, and maintain an influencer network, including onboarding new creators and expanding the influencer database.
  • Coordinate the full cycle of influencer ads: briefing, content guidelines, content review, approvals, posting schedules, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with advertising and content teams to generate creative ad concepts and ensure alignment with brand messaging.
  • Support in creating and editing advertising content for influencer ads and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, campaign metrics, and account updates to management and clients.
  • Track platform trends, emerging creators, and competitor activities to support strategic campaign planning.
  • Understand client objectives and business needs to provide effective campaign recommendations.
  • Develop clear workflow procedures for influencer campaign management and ensure adherence to internal quality standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, creative, finance, and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Perform additional tasks related to influencer coordination and advertising operations as requested by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent Arabic language skills; good English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and influencer advertising principles.
  • Knowledge of major influencer platforms and prominent creators across KSA and GCC.
  • Experience in shooting and editing social media content.
  • Proficiency in using Canva for creating high-quality designs.
