About the Architect Role

This full-time position in Riyadh requires an Architect to design new buildings, extensions, or modifications to existing structures. The role also involves providing advice on the restoration and preservation of historical properties and assisting in site selection and construction supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare initial and final designs for projects, progressing from concept to executive plans (Shop Drawings).
• Supervise the execution of projects on-site.
• Develop executive plans and technical details for all architectural and interior design works.
• Prepare and quantify Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Submit weekly reports to the General Manager detailing the status of tender plans, ongoing projects, and client interactions.

Required Technical Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in design software including Revit, 3ds Max, AutoCAD (2D), Photoshop, and Lumion.
• Thorough understanding of various materials and finishes, including their technical specifications.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising project execution on-site, including work follow-up and resolution of technical challenges during construction.
• Substantial experience in the field of architecture.

Educational and Language Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Recent graduate or professional experience not exceeding two years.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
