About the Role

Anan Real Estate Company is seeking a Full-time Artificial Intelligence Officer (AI Officer) to lead the integration and utilization of AI technologies within the organization. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role focuses on improving operational efficiency, enhancing productivity, automating processes, and supporting various departments in leveraging AI solutions that align with the company's objectives and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's Artificial Intelligence plan.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using AI technologies.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools to meet company needs.
• Manage subscriptions and licenses for AI tools.
• Train employees on the effective and secure use of AI tools.
• Establish policies and controls for AI usage within the company.
• Provide support and consultation to various departments.
• Develop solutions to increase productivity and reduce time and costs.
• Monitor the latest AI technologies and recommend their application when necessary.
• Prepare user guides, templates, and procedures related to AI.
• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure the integration of technical solutions.
• Prepare periodic reports and measure the impact of AI initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, or Business Automation.
• Experience in managing and implementing digital transformation projects.
• Experience in user training and change management.
• Preferred: Experience within real estate companies or medium to large-sized organizations.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini.
• High proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
• Ability to analyze and redesign business processes.
• Experience in preparing policies, procedures, and user guides.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.
• Familiarity with automation and workflow tools.
• Skills in data analysis and report preparation.
• Strong analytical thinking.
• Innovation and creativity.
• Effective presentation and training skills.
