About the Role
Network International, a leading financial technology company operating in over 50 countries, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Administration and Facility to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's Riyadh branch.
Role Purpose
The Assistant Manager Administration and Facility will be responsible for coordinating and supporting facility operations to maintain a safe, secure, and efficient workplace environment. This role involves overseeing various aspects of facility management to support the company's business objectives in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor contracts, plan refit work, and coordinate projects.
- Oversee workplace and facilities management functions.
- Coordinate physical security, including access control, CCTV, and security vendor oversight.
- Implement firefighting and prevention methods.
- Conduct risk assessments and contribute to business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Security (EHS) regulations.
- Manage property and space utilization.
- Coordinate communications infrastructure.
- Oversee building maintenance, testing, and inspections.
- Handle building administration and contract management.
- Develop and implement facilities maintenance plans.
- Manage renovation and refurbishment activities.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with local management to maintain a safe and secure working environment and enhance staff satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited and recognized university. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Management is required. Proven administrative skills, experience in vendor management, and the ability to engage effectively with internal leadership, employees, and external stakeholders are essential. A strong understanding of Facilities Management and Administration principles is also necessary.

This is a full-time, office-based position located in Riyadh. The work environment is characterized by its fast pace and dynamic nature, requiring adaptability and proactive engagement.
