About the Role

TXM Solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager – Consultative Sales to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves identifying business opportunities and managing the complete consultative sales cycle for rugged computing solutions. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and combines client engagement, technical pre-sales support, tender preparation, product demonstrations, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable applications and sales opportunities for rugged computing solutions within assigned key accounts.
• Engage with relevant stakeholders to understand operational and technical requirements.
• Coordinate product trials and demonstrations to establish solution suitability.
• Develop value-based proposals highlighting performance, reliability, and long-term cost benefits.
• Work with clients’ finance, procurement, and commercial teams on quotations and negotiations.
• Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and project execution.
• Manage product installation, training, demonstrations, and customer acceptance.
• Follow up with the commercial department regarding documentation and timely payment collection.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other management reports.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including assistance with technical requirements and basic troubleshooting.

Experience and Location

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with potential responsibilities extending to Dammam.
