Role Overview: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a full-time Assistant Restaurant Manager in Riyadh. This role involves assisting with the daily management of one of our hotel dining outlets, focusing on delivering memorable guest experiences and upholding high standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and support improvements to the dining experience.
  • Supervise and support team members, provide coaching, assist with performance evaluations, and contribute to professional development initiatives under the Manager’s guidance.
  • Help implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions to boost food and beverage sales.
  • Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
