About the Assistant Store Manager Role

APM Monaco, a contemporary fashion jewelry brand established in 1982, is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store-in-Charge in various operational and sales capacities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with sales and operation management.
  • Contributing to KPI analysis.
  • Supporting rostering and visual merchandising efforts.
  • Implementing CRM strategies.
  • Participating in team management.
  • Engaging clients with exceptional service.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a genuine appreciation for the APM Monaco brand. The required qualifications and experience are:

  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in luxury retail or fashion retail.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • A proven track record of outstanding sales performance and CRM.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and other languages is considered a plus.
