About the Role

Gleeds is seeking an Associate Director MRICS to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on pre-contract quantity surveying services and supports various programs across the Kingdom. The role operates within a professional environment in Riyadh.

Role Context

The successful candidate will function as a pre-contract specialist, providing cost management services from the concept design phase through to detailed design. This involves managing commissions to ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with Gleeds procedures and actively maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-contract cost management services from concept design through detailed design.
• Manage commissions to provide high-quality services and deliverables according to Gleeds procedures.
• Engage with clients to develop, grow, and maintain client relationships.
• Perform cost planning and estimating.
• Conduct value engineering.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Advise on and implement procurement strategies.
• Prepare tender documentation and manage the tender process, including designing tender marking schemes.
• Produce and present reports to clients.
• Advise Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• MRICS qualified Quantity Surveying professional.
• Demonstrated experience as a pre-contract specialist.
• Between 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
