About the Role

Sisco is seeking an Associate Director/Senior Manager (Lead Architect) for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a highly experienced architectural leader with a proven track record in stadium project delivery and strong Project Management Consultancy (PMC) experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex multidisciplinary projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural planning, design management, coordination, and delivery for large-scale stadium and complex built-environment projects.
• Provide senior architectural leadership across concept, design development, technical design, construction, and project handover stages.
• Manage multidisciplinary consultants, designers, contractors, and specialist teams to ensure design quality and project objectives are met.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, design packages, technical submissions, and coordination documents.
• Ensure architectural solutions comply with applicable project requirements, codes, standards, functionality, constructability, and quality expectations.
• Drive PMC-side design governance, progress monitoring, risk identification, change coordination, and technical issue resolution.
• Manage senior client, consultant, contractor, authority, and project stakeholder interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor design and project delivery milestones and support timely resolution of issues affecting scope, programme, quality, and coordination.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as an architectural leader, specifically with significant exposure to stadium project delivery. Strong Project Management Consultancy experience is essential, alongside the ability to effectively manage complex multidisciplinary projects and engage with senior stakeholders. This role requires a professional who can ensure compliance with project requirements and maintain high standards of design quality and project delivery.
