About the Role

Zahran Facilities Management is seeking a Saudi National Audiologist to join our healthcare team. This full-time position is available in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. The Audiologist will be a dedicated healthcare professional specializing in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of hearing and balance disorders. This role focuses on providing patient-centered care through the use of advanced diagnostic equipment and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing and balance assessments using specialized diagnostic equipment.
  • Diagnose hearing and vestibular disorders, recommending appropriate treatment plans.
  • Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss, hearing conservation, and communication strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress through follow-up evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and prepare clinical reports in accordance with healthcare standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians, ENT specialists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and professional ethics guidelines.
  • Participate in health promotion and community awareness programs related to hearing health.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology.
  • Valid professional license/registration as required by the relevant health authority.
  • 0-1 years of professional experience in Audiology.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in audiological diagnostic equipment and hearing aid technologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within a collaborative healthcare setting. The role requires working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care. The successful candidate will be based in one of our facilities located in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Al Qassim.
