Job Opportunity: Draughtsman at alfanar

Job Purpose
The Draughtsman will be responsible for producing precise and detailed technical drawings and plans for various projects. This role ensures accurate representation of design specifications and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Accountability Areas
  • Drawing Preparation and Development: Create detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, based on approved designs, standards, and project requirements.
  • Coordination and Technical Support: Work closely with engineers to ensure all drawings comply with design intent and specifications.
  • Drawing Review and Document Control: Review and revise existing drawings as necessary and maintain proper documentation.
  • As-Built Drawings and Project Handover: Assist in preparing as-built drawings reflecting final site conditions and compile necessary documentation for project handover.

Role Accountability
  • HR Proficiency: Stay updated on relevant soft and technical skills.
  • Delivery: Ensure timely execution of planned activities and meet operational targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Address related issues and escalate complex problems.
  • Quality: Develop effective quality control processes.
  • Business Process Improvements: Seek automation opportunities and improve processes.
  • Compliance: Adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma Degree in Design
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience
