Join Consol Group as a Draftsman!
We are seeking an experienced Draftsman with strong expertise in the marble, stone, and granite industry, particularly within the trading and contracting domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate shop drawings and as-built drawings for client and consultant approval, focusing on marble, granite, and stone works.
Develop detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and stone layout details.
Work on interior planning, space planning, furniture layouts, and finishes.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and site staff to ensure design accuracy and implementation.
Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Review and interpret architectural and structural plans and translate them into technical drawings for marble and stone applications.
Understand and incorporate client requirements, project scope, budget, and design preferences into drawing outputs.
Maintain drawing records and documentation in compliance with project and company standards.
Provide technical support to site teams during installation and execution phases.
Participate in design meetings and respond to drawing revisions or updates as needed.

Requirements:

Diploma in AutoCAD Draftsmanship or equivalent technical qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in GCC, specifically in marble, granite, or stone contracting and trading projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 2D & 3D with a strong portfolio of relevant drafting work.
In-depth understanding of materials, installation methods, and industry standards related to marble and granite.
Excellent ability to read and interpret construction and architectural documents.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Must be locally available in KSA or ready to relocate immediately.
Ready to join immediately.
