Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts or equivalent.
5 to 7 years of experience in the field.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Experience in computer-aided design and drafting, with preferred skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, and 3D Max.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities:

Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work.
Communicate with architects and engineers, incorporating their knowledge into the drawings.
Prepare, review, and redraft drawings in collaboration with the engineering team.
Ensure final designs comply with building regulations.
Print CAD drawings in various formats and packages, delivering them to the correct contact in a timely manner.
Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 2D & 3D with a strong portfolio of relevant drafting work.
In-depth understanding of materials, installation methods, and industry standards related to marble and granite.
Excellent ability to read and interpret construction and architectural documents.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills and capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines under pressure.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Must be locally available in KSA or ready to relocate immediately.
