Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts or equivalent.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in the field.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience in computer-aided design and drafting, with preferred skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, and 3D Max.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
  • Prepare both rough sketches and detailed work.
  • Communicate with architects and engineers, incorporating their knowledge into the drawings.
  • Prepare, review, and redraft drawings in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Ensure final designs comply with building regulations.
  • Print CAD drawings in various formats and packages, delivering them to the correct contact in a timely manner.
  • Identify and communicate potential design problems to the rest of the team.
