About the Role

Archteam is seeking a B2B Sales & Growth Lead to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding strategic partnerships across various business channels within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales and a proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed growth targets.
  • Identify, secure, and manage new business opportunities and key accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships with corporate clients, government entities, banks, healthcare providers, hospitality businesses, educational institutions, and retail sectors.
  • Manage relationships with online marketplaces such as Amazon and Noon, as well as other e-commerce platforms.
  • Lead negotiations for contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Monitor sales performance, generate forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure business objectives are met.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management, specifically within Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong existing network within corporate, retail, government, or institutional sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience working with platforms like Amazon, Noon, or other e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent negotiation and commercial agreement skills.
  • Strong relationship management capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required.
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
