Role Overview

The Barista will be responsible for preparing a wide range of hot and cold coffee beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. This role requires proficiency in operating coffee equipment and a focus on providing a positive customer experience while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality hot and cold coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines and other coffee preparation equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain consistent taste, presentation, and overall quality of all served beverages.
• Provide friendly, professional, and prompt customer service.
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and surrounding work areas.
• Manage coffee ingredients and supplies, including proper storage and stock rotation.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines and company operational standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista is preferred, with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of espresso-based drinks and various coffee preparation techniques.
• Basic latte art skills are considered an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure during busy periods.
• Must be available to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
