Join Wooden Coffee as a Barista!
We are seeking a dedicated Barista for our location in Riyadh. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to providing high-quality coffee and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages, ensuring consistent quality.
• Follow recipes and operate espresso machines and equipment safely.
• Take orders and handle payments at the register.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation and guest area according to food safety guidelines.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu.
• Restock supplies and support opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations during peak and off-peak hours.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment handling.
• Clear communication skills for professional interactions.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards.
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and ensuring order accuracy.
• Prior experience in a café or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
