******* is seeking a Bidding Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for managing and coordinating tender and proposal submissions, specifically focusing on opportunities within cybersecurity and IT services. The role involves a hands-on approach to navigating various bidding platforms and ensuring compliance with all submission requirements.

Role Purpose and Focus

The Bidding Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end tender process, from opportunity identification to final submission. A key aspect of this role involves direct engagement with Saudi bidding platforms, particularly Etimad and Forsa. The successful candidate will apply a strong understanding of Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements, coordinate proposal inputs effectively, and ensure all submissions meet stringent compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Etimad, Forsa, and other relevant platforms to identify suitable business opportunities.
• Review RFPs, tender documents, scope requirements, and submission conditions thoroughly.
• Prepare tender checklists, submission plans, and internal timelines for each opportunity.
• Coordinate the collection of technical and financial proposal inputs from relevant internal departments.
• Ensure all required documents, forms, certificates, and supporting evidence are accurately included.
• Prepare, organize, and format both technical and commercial submissions.
• Track tender deadlines, manage clarification requests, amendments, and evolving submission requirements.
• Submit proposals through the designated platforms within the approved deadlines.
• Maintain organized records of all submitted, awarded, and unsuccessful bids.
• Support post-submission clarifications, presentations, and negotiation requirements as needed.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, company profiles, and reusable bid content.
• Ensure all submissions comply with client and platform-specific requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Saudi bidding platforms, particularly Etimad and Forsa.
• Strong understanding of RFP requirements, proposal coordination processes, and submission compliance.
• 0-1 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our Riyadh office, contributing to a dynamic team focused on securing new business opportunities in the cybersecurity and IT services sectors.
