Job Description – BIM Coordinator:

Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models to ensure design integration, quality, and compliance with project BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and facade BIM models.

* Perform clash detection and support issue resolution.

* Ensure compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project standards.

* Maintain model quality, accuracy, and Level of Development (LOD) till LOD 500.

* Support BIM coordination meetings and prepare coordination reports.

* Manage model updates and collaboration through the Common Data Environment (CDE).

Qualifications & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

* 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience.

* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Aconex.

* Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM best practices.

* Good command of written and spoken English.
