About the Role

This full-time position involves the development, maintenance, and coordination of architectural Building Information Modeling (BIM) models throughout project lifecycles. The role is based in Riyadh and requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for producing accurate architectural models, construction documentation, and shop drawings. This includes ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, and design intent. The role supports multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, model updates, and the creation of as-built documentation to facilitate efficient project delivery and construction execution.

Key Accountabilities

• Developing, updating, and maintaining BIM models for architectural elements, including layouts, finishes, façades, ceilings, and detailed components, ensuring alignment with design intent and construction requirements.
• Producing detailed layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details derived from BIM models.
• Ensuring model accuracy, consistency, and data integrity, aligning with approved drawings, specifications, and architectural design information.
• Preparing and updating BIM models, drawings, and digital deliverables using Revit Architecture and related tools.
• Generating model-based drawings, mark-ups, and redline updates to support coordination and construction.
• Providing hands-on modeling and drafting support to resolve architectural coordination and detailing issues.
• Coordinating architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines, identifying and supporting the resolution of clashes related to finishes, interfaces, clearances, and spatial coordination.
• Supporting the preparation of architectural shop drawings and detailed outputs derived from BIM models, ensuring alignment with issued architectural (fit-out) drawings.
• Updating models based on site conditions, RFIs, and design changes, and supporting the development of as-built architectural models and documentation.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling or coordination, with a focus on architecture and fit-out.
• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience using Revit Architecture and BIM tools in construction or design environments.
• Familiarity with architectural detailing, finishes, and coordination workflows.
• A basic understanding of BIM standards and processes, including ISO 19650.
