About the Boutique Assistant Role
A. Lange & Söhne is seeking a dedicated Boutique Assistant for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is integral to the operational success and customer experience within the boutique, focusing on sales performance, staff development, and overall store management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee merchandising, financial management, and overall store operations to achieve sales performance goals.
- Supervise and evaluate sales staff, identifying development needs and implementing targeted coaching and mentoring programs.
- Develop and communicate solutions for customer issues, ensuring clear messaging and defined next steps.
- Create and manage work schedules, coordinating with teams to meet business objectives.
- Set performance objectives for direct reports, monitor departmental performance, and implement corrective actions.
- Configure product and service solutions, negotiate agreements, and review sales proposals.
- Define and optimize order processing protocols for a smooth customer experience.
- Set objectives for sales activities, tailor presentations, gather and analyze customer information, and secure agreements.
- Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and contribute to sales quotas.
- Develop and implement relationship management plans for key customer accounts, building rapport with decision-makers.
- Monitor and improve performance against health, safety, and environment (HSE) indicators, resolving noncompliance issues.
- Ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion directives.
Strategic and Operational Management
This role involves implementing the function's strategy and business plan, motivating staff to align with the organization's mission, vision, and values. Management of departmental budget plans, including their development and delivery, is a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master's Degree or Equivalent Level.
- Substantial general work experience combined with comprehensive job-related experience in the area of expertise to a fully competent level.
- Proven experience in planning, managing, and organizing resources within short to medium timescales, operating within the overall policy framework.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires a professional approach to managing daily boutique operations and contributing to the overall business objectives of A. Lange & Söhne.
