About the Role

Cartier, a luxury Maison, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Boutique Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is key to enhancing boutique operations and performance, working closely with the Boutique Manager to implement Cartier's strategy in the region. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to retail excellence, people development, and creating an exceptional client experience, contributing to the Maison's vision and local success.

As a strategic leader, the Deputy Boutique Manager will ensure smooth daily operations, foster a strong team culture, and deliver a consistent luxury client experience. This position is instrumental in establishing the boutique as a retail reference point and embodies the spirit of leadership and commitment to excellence that defines Cartier.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the boutique team with a focus on performance, inclusion, and engagement.
  • Oversee sales operations and ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with Cartier's standards.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of boutique strategies and client-focused activations.
  • Act as the primary support to the Boutique Manager, overseeing all operational aspects in their absence.
  • Define and implement a boutique-specific client experience strategy to strengthen client loyalty and enhance brand perception.
  • Drive sales operations by setting clear targets, monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Engage the team effectively with clienteling tools and oversee loyalty programs and CRM actions.
  • Co-define the boutique strategy with the Boutique Manager and execute operational action plans.
  • Lead in-store animations and activations that reflect Cartier's brand identity.
  • Ensure compliance with all Maison procedures and represent the boutique professionally in stakeholder interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in luxury retail or a customer-centric leadership role.
  • A strong background in team leadership, client service, and comprehensive boutique operations management.
  • Experience working with VIP clients and high-end luxury clientele.
  • The ability to lead with empathy, communicate effectively, and drive results.
  • Natural leadership qualities to inspire, motivate, and unite teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing shifting priorities efficiently.
  • Comfortable handling confidential matters and performing effectively under pressure.
  • A collaborative spirit and adaptability, serving as a trusted partner across boutique functions.
