Food Avenue is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for maintaining high standards and achieving business objectives within the restaurant and food and beverage industry.

Role Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the branch, leading the team, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in the restaurant or food and beverage sector, capable of managing operational efficiency and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all daily branch operations.
• Lead the team, organize work shifts, and assign daily tasks effectively.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, waste, and operating costs.
• Ensure consistent product quality and uphold high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Train, guide, and continuously monitor employee performance.
• Address customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues efficiently.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and follow up on operational reports.
• Support the achievement of sales and performance targets and work towards improving overall branch efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager role.
• Demonstrated experience within the restaurant and food and beverage industry.
• Proven ability to manage daily operations and lead a team.
