AcoustieG is seeking a Branch Operations & Customer Experience Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high standard of customer service in Dammam. This full-time position requires a professional who can effectively manage operational execution while focusing on customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

Role Overview

The Branch Operations & Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for the smooth functioning of branch operations, maintaining a positive customer journey, and supporting overall business objectives. This role demands a balance between efficient execution and performance management, integrating operational oversight with customer-centric strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure the efficient execution of daily branch operations.
  • Oversee customer experience initiatives and maintain high service quality standards.
  • Monitor the order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through the implementation of operational efficiencies.
  • Coordinate effectively between different teams to ensure operational alignment.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement continuous process improvements.
