Branch Supervisor

A new coffee shop that hasn't opened yet

We expect the opening within the next two weeks

Store supervisor required

 Fully available to work and not currently studying (immediate hiring)

Work for 8 hours

One day off

Supervising store operations

• Quality
• Cleanliness
• Service
• Inventory management
• Scheduling the team's work
• Daily closings

There are incentives and external sales commissions

Job role A Pret:

·      Support and coach the team to ensure they reach their

potential in both the shop and kitchen.

·      Lead by example and be hands-on when required.

·      Lead the Speed of Service principles.

·      To take corrective action immediately on issues that affect

customers, the team or sales.

·      To make sure Food Safety and Health & Safety Standards

are consistently followed to maintain the safety of the team

and customers.

·      To continually develop the team’s knowledge about the

quality of our food and coffee.

Working Hours:

·      6 days a week, 8 working hours.

Requirements:

·      English language.

·      2 to 5 years’ experience in F&B, Floor and Kitchen.
