About CNTXT and the Role

CNTXT is seeking a Budgeting Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to our financial operations, focusing on strategic financial planning and analysis to support the company's growth and objectives.

Role Overview

The Budgeting Manager is responsible for leading the development of comprehensive financial models, driving business performance forecasting, and overseeing advanced financial analysis and reporting across all business units. This role acts as a key strategic partner, ensuring that financial plans align with overall company goals and contribute to informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the comprehensive annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and multi-year long-range planning cycles across all business units.
  • Partner strategically with department heads to define financial targets, establish operational plans, and ensure strict alignment with overall corporate goals.
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable financial models that accurately project the unique revenue and cost structures of each business line, including SaaS and cloud service models.
  • Direct the preparation and delivery of detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Conduct in-depth variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, and synthesize data into strategic presentations for senior management and the board.
  • Manage the ongoing analysis of key business, revenue, and cost drivers to project future performance accurately, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and profit maximization.
  • Continuously identify and drive process improvements to streamline FP&A workflows and financial reporting.
  • Lead automation initiatives and implement best practices to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and clarity, fostering a fast and agile decision-making culture.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. A strong background in developing comprehensive financial models and leading forecasting processes is essential for success in this position.
