About the Role

NextEra is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Project Management capabilities for a contract role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position supports strategic Finance Transformation initiatives, particularly within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment. The successful candidate will act as a critical liaison between Finance, IT, PMO, and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of business improvement initiatives, process optimization, value realization, and governance activities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Finance and ERP domains.
  • Conduct current-state and future-state process assessments, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and business performance, translating business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of Finance transformation projects.
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, action trackers, and milestone reports, monitoring progress and escalating issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate activities among Finance, IT, PMO, and external implementation partners, ensuring alignment between project objectives and business priorities.
  • Prepare governance materials and project status reports for leadership reviews, maintaining risk registers, issue logs, and decision trackers.
  • Support steering committee meetings and executive governance forums, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards.
  • Support tracking of value realization initiatives and business benefits, developing performance metrics and dashboards to measure project outcomes.
  • Conduct business impact assessments and improvement evaluations, monitoring achievement of transformation objectives and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and defect resolution.
  • Support change management initiatives and user adoption programs, facilitating stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and communication activities.
  • Perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation activities, supporting financial reporting accuracy and data integrity initiatives.
  • Prepare management reports, executive presentations, and business insights, analyzing trends and providing recommendations to improve business outcomes.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of business analysis expertise, project coordination experience, financial process knowledge, and strong stakeholder management skills. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience is required. Preferred industry experience includes Banking, Financial Services, Government, Utilities, Telecommunications, or Large Enterprise Organizations.
