About the Role

PEAK Ventures is supporting DOKEVER KSA in the recruitment of a Business Developer to drive growth and commercial development in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, offering a salary of SAR 20,000–25,000 per month fixed, plus uncapped performance-based variable compensation.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a commercially driven professional already based in Saudi Arabia, ideally in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the local business environment and demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Required Experience and Skills

Proven experience in Business Development, B2B/B2G Sales, Strategic Partnerships, or Key Account Management.
Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment and decision-making processes.
Experience engaging with senior executives, major corporations, government-related entities, or strategic organizations.
An established professional network in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
Experience with tenders, RFPs, procurement, or vendor registration is an advantage.

Recruitment Process

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 15-minute initial video interview, to be scheduled by October 20, 2026. Candidates selected following this first stage may then be invited to a second, in-person interview in Riyadh with a DOKEVER representative, planned for early November 2026.
