About the Business Development Executive Role
Projactive is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time, mid-level position focuses on expanding Projactive's consulting and transformation services within the Saudi market. The role involves building strategic relationships, generating new business opportunities, and developing a robust sales pipeline. This is an opportunity for a professional looking to grow within a high-value consulting environment.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Business Development Executive will be instrumental in driving the growth of Projactive's offerings, which include PMaaS, PMOaaS, IT Governance, and Cloud Transformation. This client-facing role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to identify and engage target clients across the Banking, Government, and Enterprise sectors. Key responsibilities include generating and managing a structured pipeline of opportunities, supporting the development of proposals, and strengthening Projactive's market presence.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within key sectors such as Banking, Government, and Enterprise.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct proactive lead generation through networking, events, and direct outreach.
- Coordinate and schedule client meetings and manage follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and provide regular reporting.
- Support proposal coordination and the progression of opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming initiatives and tender opportunities.
- Assist in positioning Projactive’s consulting, governance, and transformation capabilities.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess a strong background in business development, sales, or account management, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. A background in consulting, IT services, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology environments is essential. The ability to sell services or solutions, rather than solely products, is a key requirement.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Background in consulting, IT services, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology sectors.
- Proven experience in selling services or solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Exposure to sectors such as Banking, Financial Services, Government, or Enterprise.
- Familiarity with consulting services, PMO, Governance, Cloud, or Transformation environments is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting bids, proposals, or client engagements is an advantage.
Essential Skills and Attributes
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, coupled with a professional presence that allows for confident engagement with clients and stakeholders. Organizational and multitasking abilities are crucial for managing a structured pipeline and diverse responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
