About the Business Development Executive Role

Procapita Group is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, cultivating strategic client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to meet sales and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients across various industries.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and potential business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and proactive outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the sales cycle through to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address client requirements.
  • Ensure a seamless client experience from initial engagement through project handover.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry meetings.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven B2B business development or sales experience.
  • Previous experience selling HR Consulting, Executive Search, Recruitment, HR Technology, Training & Development, Learning Solutions, or HR Outsourcing services is highly preferred.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires travel within Saudi Arabia as needed to support business development activities.
