About the Role

Kaiyiee Global Talent is seeking a Business Development Manager Architects & Designers to establish and grow the presence of a leading Asian high-end office furniture brand in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves building the brand's specification network within the architecture and interior design channel, marking the first local hire for this market entry.

Role Context and Objectives

The primary objective of this position is to own and develop the Saudi Architecture & Design (A&D) channel for a premium office furniture brand. The manager will be responsible for building a robust specification network that translates into a consistent project pipeline, targeting corporate, government, and giga-project workplace fit-outs. This role requires a strategic approach to market entry and channel development.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with architecture and interior design firms in Riyadh.
• Ensure the brand's products are specified in corporate, government, and giga-project workplace fit-outs.
• Define and implement the local market entry and channel strategy.
• Achieve sales and new-client development targets.
• Coordinate with HQ product, design, and project teams to successfully deliver client projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in business development, particularly within the office furniture or design specification sector.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of office furniture and workplace procurement processes in Saudi Arabia.
• An established network among designers, consultants, and public-sector stakeholders.

Location and Compensation

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must possess valid Saudi work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role. The indicative salary for this position ranges from SAR 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
