KAJ Projects is a leading fit-out contractor specializing in luxury commercial and residential projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Fit Out to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Role Summary

This full-time role focuses on driving company growth by developing strategic relationships and securing new project opportunities within the fit-out and interior contracting sectors. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets in the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new fit-out and interior contracting opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, project management firms, and corporate clients.
• Monitor upcoming projects and market opportunities within the industry.
• Lead the company’s prequalification process with clients and consultants.
• Coordinate with the estimating and technical teams during tender submissions.
• Prepare client presentations, capability statements, and commercial proposals.
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
• Achieve annual sales and business development targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of business development experience within the fit-out, interior contracting, or construction industry.

Skills and Attributes

• A strong network within the Saudi Arabian construction market.
• Proven track record of winning commercial and residential fit-out projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
