Role Overview

QIMA is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves building and expanding a client portfolio across the Middle East, focusing on importers, distributors, and retailers sourcing various consumer goods globally. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and offers an uncapped sales commission based on turnover, paid quarterly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand a client portfolio across the Middle East, targeting importers, distributors, and retailers of apparel, toys, electronics, and consumer goods.
  • Generate new business through inbound inquiries, digital and social channels, referrals, networking, and regional trade events.
  • Qualify and nurture prospects throughout the sales cycle, customizing QIMA's testing, inspection, and certification services to client supply chains.
  • Grow existing accounts by introducing additional QIMA services and digital tools, including the online quality and compliance dashboard.
  • Track pipeline and account activity using QIMA's CRM, leveraging data and market insights to prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Represent QIMA at regional industry events and enhance the company's profile among Middle East brands, retailers, and trading houses.
  • Collaborate with QIMA's operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience from proposal to service delivery.

Required Experience and Compensation

  • Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • The compensation structure includes an uncapped sales commission based on turnover, paid every three months.
