About the Role

SELECTED RECRUITMENT is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager for a leading global law firm's operations in Riyadh. This full-time position involves supporting the firm's growth and client development initiatives across Saudi Arabia. The role offers a salary of up to SAR 35,000 per month.

Role Context

The Business Development & Marketing Manager will collaborate with Partners, senior stakeholders, and regional Business Development teams. This involves identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and executing strategic business development and marketing initiatives throughout the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Business Development and Marketing initiatives across Saudi Arabia.
• Work with Partners and senior stakeholders on client development and growth strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities, market developments, and potential target clients.
• Manage and coordinate pitches, proposals, credentials, and capability statements.
• Support key client programs and relationship development initiatives.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, seminars, and other marketing activities.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional and international Business Development and Marketing teams.
• Support the firm’s wider profile and brand development within the Saudi market.
