About the Role
Rasseel National Co. Ltd is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on driving growth within the company's fire protection and maintenance services sector. The role requires a professional with 3 to 7 years of experience to identify new business opportunities, promote services, and cultivate strong client relationships.
Role Overview
The primary objective of this role is to expand the company's reach and revenue in fire alarm, firefighting, fire suppression, and technical maintenance services. This involves proactive engagement with potential clients, effective promotion of annual maintenance contracts, and maintaining consistent communication with key stakeholders including facility managers, contractors, consultants, and corporate clients. The specialist will play a crucial part in building and sustaining long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients for fire alarm, firefighting, fire suppression, low-current systems, and maintenance services.
- Promote preventive and corrective maintenance services, including annual maintenance contracts.
- Engage with facility managers, contractors, consultants, and end-users.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits as required.
- Present company services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, inquiries, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand client needs and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
- Support marketing initiatives related to maintenance services and life-safety systems.
- Maintain client records and prepare regular follow-up reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 to 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in fire protection, MEP, maintenance, facilities management, construction, or technical services is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical services and articulate them effectively to clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Effective follow-up capabilities.
- Good command of both Arabic and English languages.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role is integral to the company's operations in the fire protection and maintenance sector.
