About the Role

Spark AI is seeking a Business Development & Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving new business initiatives and expanding our technology services portfolio. The specialist will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and negotiating contracts to support company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market analysis.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients, ensuring a consistent sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers tailored to client needs.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track progress against monthly and quarterly targets.
• Represent the company in client meetings and networking events.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia in this role, subject to Saudization/Nitaqat requirements.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, with a preference for experience in IT, software, or technology services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with proven networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Good command of both Arabic and English languages.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Familiarity with emerging technology trends and market dynamics.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The salary for this role ranges from 6,000 to 8,000 SAR per month, commensurate with experience. The role requires 2-5 years of professional experience.
