About PremierQ and the Business Development Intern Role

PremierQ is a specialized contractor focused on the design, supply, and construction of sports and recreational projects across the GCC region. We offer end-to-end project solutions, integrating design, consultancy, material supply, and construction services. We are seeking a Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Business Development Intern will play a key role in supporting PremierQ's growth by assisting with lead generation, prospect outreach, and follow-up activities. This full-time, on-site position is based in Al-Hidd. The intern will gain practical experience in business development within the play and leisure construction sector.

  • Conduct market research on sports and recreational projects within the GCC.
  • Prepare client presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or other tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and project teams to understand client needs.
  • Contribute to customer service efforts.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and site visits.

Qualifications and Academic Background

Candidates should possess a relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. This role is suitable for current students or recent graduates seeking to build their experience.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market and business data.
  • Effective Communication Skills, both spoken and written, for internal teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in delivering client presentations.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for sales.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Lead Generation abilities and an interest in pipeline management.
  • Market Research skills, including gathering industry insights.
  • Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools such as MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.

Work Environment and Logistics

This is a full-time, on-site role. The position is based in Al-Hidd. The intern will be expected to work effectively within a diverse, professional team environment and manage their time efficiently.
