About the Role

Gathern is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the company's business intelligence initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise-wide BI strategy, ensuring data accuracy, and driving insight-driven decision-making to support strategic and operational objectives. The Business Intelligence Manager will play a key part in transforming how Gathern leverages data for growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise business intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Establish standardized reporting frameworks, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement robust governance policies.
• Oversee the design, development, and continuous optimization of dashboards and reporting solutions to meet business needs.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reporting platforms and business intelligence tools.
• Lead business intelligence transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define and prioritize analytical needs and strategic questions.
• Monitor the performance of analytics solutions and continuously improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee data visualization standards and ensure an optimal user experience within dashboards.
• Manage vendor relationships related to business intelligence platforms and tools.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the business intelligence team, fostering their professional growth and capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business intelligence or analytics roles.
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity within a BI or analytics function.
• Proven experience in developing enterprise-level reporting frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional analytics initiatives from conception to completion.
• Experience in implementing dashboard standardization and KPI governance across an organization.
• A strong track record of presenting analytical insights and performance data to executive leadership.
