About the Role

Gathern is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the company's business intelligence initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing the enterprise-wide BI strategy, ensuring data accuracy, and driving insight-driven decision-making to support strategic and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the enterprise business intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business intelligence or analytics roles.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity within a BI or analytics function.
  • Proven experience in developing enterprise-level reporting frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional analytics initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Experience in implementing dashboard standardization and KPI governance across an organization.
  • A strong track record of presenting analytical insights and performance data to executive leadership.
