Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality service to guests, prioritizing their safety and well-being throughout their journey.

  • Act as a team player, representing Riyadh Air and embracing new experiences while ensuring passenger safety from take-off to landing.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Possess a high school certificate or equivalent.
  • Have at least one year of experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
  • Minimum height of 160 cm with an arm reach of 212 cm.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
  • Must be a confident swimmer and capable of using flotation devices.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, with no visible tattoos or piercings when in uniform.
  • Meet Saudi employment visa requirements.
  • Be open to relocating to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Work Details and Compensation

This is a full-time position. The role offers competitive compensation, including guaranteed 75 flight hours per month until the end of 2026. Full salary will be provided during the entire training period. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a recruitment event taking place in Shanghai, China.
